Our preferred shipping method is USPS Priority Mail. For all shipping options and associated costs, please refer to the listing of the item you have set your eyes on. International (outside the USA) customers may be required to pay applicable duty and customs charges. Your local government determines duty and customs charges, which varies by country. Duties, taxes and/or customs fees will be an additional amount that will be collected upon delivery of your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with the exact amount you will be charged. Your order confirmation details only the charges we are collecting. Contact your local government for specific details.

The return policy in the following paragraphs refers to all returnable goods purchased from Timeless Wardrobe. You will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to ensure that purchased goods are returned to us in accordance with the paragraphs below. Customers have 5 days after acknowledging delivery of their purchase to notify Timeless Wardrobe of their intent to return goods in exchange for a refund not including shipping. All returned goods must be postmarked no later than 7 days after you have acknowledged the delivery of your purchase. All Timeless Wardrobe clothing apparel and accessories are delivered with an attached dress tag. Please decide if you are completely satisfied with your purchase before you remove this tag. We will not be held responsible for returned items damaged or lost while in transit. Therefore we recommend that you insure all returns. Customer pays for return shipping and all other associated fees (i.e. delivery confirmation, insurance, etc..). Refunds for all items eligible for a return will be initiated within 7 working days of receiving goods returned by customers.
